We want to support those who take time & effort to make a stand. We are shamed regarding the lack of polical moral leadership in dealing on this issue. Our position have been expressed very well on www.spareroomsforrefugees.com by Julian and Kate Burnside, read the argument and facts there.
We'd also like to highlight that we'd like the campaign to focus clearing on a message regarding issues relating to dentention centres and treatment of people within, including psychological trauma off. And that their are much better options for treating asylum seekers and processing their claims.
We're afraid that projects actions can easily be mis-represented and your efforts may become wasted, giving easy reason to many general public sceptics to place labels on you.
