HIGH NOON how to contribute material
02.Dec.03 - If you want to contribute material to the HIGH NOON streaming project it is important that you follow the encoding guidlines (otherwise we will not be able to use your material or have to go through the tedious process of re-encoding it). so please read the encoding guidelines below before you upload your clips. if you have questions feel free to contact us at highnoon@geneva03.org.

Upload interface
upload the encoded files via the upload interface at http://www.v2v.cc/archive/upload.html. please note that the interface is still under devellopment
